Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
The cost of items is excluding shipping and delivery. We help you ship your bikes and accessories to your country using the best shipping agencies in China. Shipping and delivery cost is dependent on the shipping agencies
How long will delivery take?
Shipping and delivery time is dependent on your location. We estimate about 45 days for sea delivery to Africa
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once an order has been completed, we will help you find the best shipping and delivery agency to your country and then package the item to be delivered to their office. You can track the delivery from our factory to the shipping company’s warehouse using our Track Order page
Where can I view my sales receipt?
All receipts will be emailed to you once your payment has been received. Also, you can check your receipt under the Orders tab under the My-Account dashboard
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
To gift the item you are purchasing, kindly indicate it in the additional note when placing your order
